The guys in the service department at Porsche of Beachwood are some of the best people I've *ever* met in the auto business. I was on a cross-country road trip in a 996 that I had bought the day before, and on emerging from the hotel, saw some dust that could only be caused by the rear tires destroying themselves.
A quick search on Apple Maps and I found these guys closest to my route. I reached Walt on the call and he was very kind to search locally for tires. He found a couple that worked for my car and said to "come on in"!
When I arrived, I found an immaculate facility with lots of super friendly guys. They said I got lucky that the weather had been terrible and otherwise it might have been harder to fit me in, but Dave was able to do a four-wheel alignment, fit new tires, and get the car washed by the rest of his crew in under a few hours. I got lunch at a great little place that Keith had recommended while waiting and it was a fun afternoon!
I was especially impressed that these guys have a relationship with their insurer whereby customers are encouraged to be around their car while it is being serviced. That shows how deep Porsche of Beachwood thinks and cares about their customers. In a day when most companies are happy to stick with the status quo and save a few bucks on their insurance premium, the PoB staff goes the extra mile to make it an experience rather than just an expense.
I can't recommend these guys highly enough!
