  • Maybe it was an off day, but I did not enjoy my experience and I will not be back. 1. I picked a light pink color for my nails and when the technician went to paint, they looked terrible because she had not cut my cuticles short enough and they showed through the paint. I said something doesn't look right, and she started over (I appreciated the fact she wanted to make them look nice and redid them, but I was bothered that she was in a rush and was now doing them over a second time-making it take longer for both of us). 2. She cut me twice on one of my hands, and cut my big toe as well 3. Some of the comments made by some of the staff during my appointment was not appropriate (saying my polish won't last until tomorrow if it's not gel, after saying I can't have gel for work) 4. I liked the liners for the tubs for pedicures, but the entire time I was there I did not see any of them put tools under UV light. They were put in the same package and pulled back out. I would have liked to see more clean measures taken.
