  • Friendly staff, did a good job on my nails, but the job was rushed! Paid for a mani and a pedi but didn't get a massage on neither hands nor feet! I'm in tears because they did a HORRIBLE job on my eyebrows. My eyebrows are thick and was a bit overgrown so I had more than enough hair to work with. I expressed I wanted to keep them thick. They waxed one higher than the other at the top. It's so obviously as soon as you look at me. One eyebrow is thick with a thick tail at the end and the other one has a very weird arch and virtually no hair! I calmly expressed my concerns hoping for positive solution. They wanted to wax the "decent" eyebrow to look like the jacked up one. I politely declined. I'm so disappointed and I can't even look at my eyebrows in the mirror without getting upset! I took a risk coming here for the first time and I'll never do that again.
