I was told you didn't have to pay to take the books from the library so it was a surprise to me when I tried to leave the library with books I wanted to read and I was stopped by a security guard. It was not necessarily a case of false advertising since I was the one who was (allegedly) in the wrong. Apparently you need a "library card" to take the books out of the library but I see this is another system trying to control us and minimizing our ability to learn how the "system" works. It's a nice building though but for some reason everyone inside gets very rude toward you when you talk to yourself out loud. Not sure what that's about.
