Came here with a buddy after work on a Thursday. The line went from the store until John street and wrapped around a little. We waited about 30 minutes I'd say, maybe slightly more.
We were approcahed by a store cleark within about 10 minutes with a menu and shortly thereafter took our order. He was kind of rude and informed us of what items were sold out and that no modifcations would be possible. When I inquired about the modifications, such as having the ice cream in a cup he responded that the chef works very had on the recipe so he won't put it in a cup.
Once we got inside we opted to add some churros to our order, which they luckily obliged and we got our ice creams. I got cookies cookies cookies and cream which I thought was fantastic. The churros were also great and my friend seemed to enjoy his dessert as well.
I would recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth as long as you don't mind slightly rude service. Also if you are looking to snag a more popular menu item get there sooner rather than later as they do sell out. Be prepared to wait up to an hour if its a peak time, like when the jays are playing or on weekends and after work.
Bon Appetit !
