  • Update. AAA has honored their promise and given me the upgrade to Gold Membership for the next year. I am pleased that they contacted me directly (I think they recognized my situation from Yelp as they referred to the "review") and provided the customer service they are known for. I can't go to 3 stars yet. I may revisit after everything is completed on my renewal.
