  • To sum it up, the contractors that was sent out by AHS were completely incompetent. They made a mess out of my tenant's water heater. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Aggrieved and frustrated I ended up contacting Lawson based on the Yelp reviews. Lawson Plumbing did not let me down. Samantha listened and worked w/ me. Mike came out assessed, and documented the poor workmanship done by the home warranty contractors. He was professional and courteous. He removed the old water heater, cleaned the area, and then installed the new water heater. Strangely the pilot light went out...but they came out w/ out hassle and urged me to call if it ever happened again.
