  • This place is brand new and opening august 2009 and it looked really nice on the website. The place isnt available yet and does not have models or anything but everything sounded good on the website. They even had a video on the website from a TV news clip saying they gave you tution reimbursement if you went to ASU. Unfortunately, it is just a marketing gimmick to show that they care about education because all they did was jack up their regular price and then give a "discount" on the rent to make it market comparible. I got a quote from them for a 22 mnth lease on a studio and it sounded like it was a good deal so we got all our docs ready and emailed it to them the next day but then they said sorry, the price is not valid anymore and it was increased almost $100 per month! The quote we got even said "Quote valid for 5 days". The person that I talked to was nice before all this, but she never mentioned anything about the rate changing that dramatically or else I would have emailed her everything the same day. I have to say that is not very good business ethics. Out of 408 units, they couldnt make an exception even though I emailed her all the documentation on the day they changed the rates. Even though the place may seem nice, I think they should have better mgmt. Good luck to anyone who does decide to live there.
