  • Made reservations for their 'deluxe' room with double queen beds back in January 2016 for Dec. 3rd. The room I was given was a single king bed, a roll away, and a adjoined room with very loud neighbors. When asked, the hotel staff was "very sorry" but aside from the 2 free breakfast coupons they could offer no help due to overbooking? (I assume) I tried getting my room prorated for the inconvenience (plus not getting what I paid for) but apparently their deluxe double bed rooms are the same price as their singles. This will be the first and last time I use Wyndham for anything.
