  • No aloha spirit here! My friend and I walked into the place and the hostess totally saw us, but didn't acknowledge us. She got off the phone and seated a couple who came AFTER us! We were like wtf? Then it took forever for the waitress to help us. She acknowledged us, but proceeded to help two parties that got seated AFTER us! Man, what was up? We finally placed our orders and things were fine from there on out, but my friend was so miffed she insisted on only giving a 10% tip and my friend is usually pretty generous! We shared a shrimp salad and a chicken sandwich. We had to scarf it down because we were late for a show. The salad was better than the sandwich. There were about 5-6 pieces of jumbo shrimp on a bed of spinach with some kind of vinaigrette. My friend got the maui mai tai while I had a mojito. My mojito was good. Her drink was strong! Actually, all I could taste was the alcohol. There was live music, which was pretty cool and even the male servers were wearing grass hula skirts over their shorts!
