  • Did the "ONLINE CHECK IN" but guess what happened when I showed up at about the 5 min mark before the estimated wait time? Another 20 mins! The online check in is a joke or they don't know a thing about managing the system! It's a pure gimmick if you ask me, the exact same situation happened to the customer right next to me. Still waiting here!
