  • Recently bought a new car from Jon Mefford at Tempe Toyota. Could not have had a better experience. Jon was polite, professional, and entertaining when he had to be. My last couple car buying experiences have not been the best but Jon's disposition definitely made this a pleasant experience. Only issue we ran into was not Jon's fault, had to wait over an hour and a half for the "business manager" to process our paper work. Once we were in his office things went quickly, not sure if there were just understaffed that day or what but overall a great experience. If you are shopping around at Tempe Toyota don't waste your time talking to anyone but Jon.
