  • Update: Tom gave me a call and it turns out that we got our wires crossed. He tried to call me and, for whatever reason, I didn't get the message. So, no harm, no foul. Leaving this at 4 stars for now. ====================================== Called to get an estimate on two new air conditioners. Scheduled an appointment and the guy came out on time. So far, so good. However, he didn't feel comfortable giving an estimate, so wanted his boss to come out the following day. OK, fair enough. Scheduled an appointment for 2pm the next day and never heard another word. No call, no show, nothing. Wasted my time sitting at home for nothing.
