  • I was at this sears location for Groupon alignment special. The service advisor told me something wrong with my brake, after he drove my 4Runner for less than 20yards!! He asked when was my last time to change brake pad. I said "no sure when, those are ceramic brake pads with cross-drilled slots rotors on four corners with less that 500miles" he paused for few seconds then said it may be some air in the brake lines. He offered me for free brake inspection, Which i denied. I take care my vehicles a-z. 4runner brake systems is fine even with 150k miles on it. That guy drove my 4Runner for less than 2 mins n 20yards or less in the parking lot and discover I have issues in my brakes system!? Either he is really really good (he looks very young, may be 22-24year old) or i am fouled by my instinct. He was not quite happy that I denied his free brake inspection. My vehicle was in the bay for less than 15mins even he said it will take an hour. Let see how many customers have the same experience from this auto shop.
