  • I set up a mail box at Star Mail back in May when I was still residing in another state. I knew I was relocating to the East Valley for a second time and wanted a place I could start receiving my mail. I have had my mail delivered to similar mail box type businesses several different times over the last 20 years so I was familiar with how these businesses work. I also delivered to at least 80-100 of these mail box/shipping stores over my 12 year career working at FedEx. When I say that Star Mail has the best customer service of ANY mail box/shipping store I have seen, I say this as someone that knows this type of business very well! Susan and her staff are very friendly! They text me whenever I get a delivery which is very helpful! They have offered to stay open late when I have received a package near the closing time. I have used them for notary services and have bought lottery tickets there as well. They offer fingerprinting, FedEx, UPS, USPS mail, copies, oversized copies and they have a lot of cool small gift items for sale throughout the store. The only drawback would be that they close at 6pm Mon-Fri and 2pm on Sat and there is no way to access your mail box when they are closed. I feel they more than make up for this with their excellent customer service and good yearly rates on the mail boxes. In this day and age of large corporations running everything, it's important to support independent businesses!
