rev:text	I'm very glad I had a coupon, because I would have been pissed if I had to pay full price! Andrea was very nice and polite, however, she arrived 10 minutes late. No biggie, maybe she was lost since this was her first time to our house. I regret writing down a list of things I really wanted accomplished within the 5 whole hours we were scheduled for, because she seemed to just stick to my broad list. I paid the extra $10 for her to bring her own cleaning supplies, however, she didn't bring a vacuum. I have tile floors (that's why I don't use a vacuum) but I had mentioned some rugs I wanted cleaned. I have a 3 bedroom (master room, nursery, and office) and 2 bathroom house. We mentioned the nursery and our master bedroom didn't need to be cleaned, so just focus on the kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, floors/baseboards, blinds, etc. She cleaned the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, dusted our mantel/ceiling fan in the living room, cleaned our showers and counters in both bathrooms, and that's pretty much it. For 5 hours. With no other bedrooms to clean. She called to politely tell me that she didn't have time to get to the floors, and in my head I was thinking "holy cow, the rest of the house must look amazing!" Sadly, not the case. The whole reason we considered hiring a cleaning service in the first place is because I am 9 months pregnant and I knew that during this time, I would not be likely to get on my hands and knees and clean floors. I am giving this review 2 stars because although I feel like minimum work was accomplished within the 5 hours, the work she DID do, was amazing. My kitchen appliances have never looked better, and the showers are so clean!
