  • i liked there hotel i think it looked nice,smelled good,breakfast was descent,but i totally disappointed in there customer service on how they handled the issue of the bed bug,i found a bed bug on the sheet the next morning,i imediately got my water bottle and got the bug in the bottle and took it down to the front desk ,were i told the owner, she didnt seem that she was shocked,ask me if i flew in,meaning did i fly in by air plane.no i did not and that was it no,apoligy or any compensation whats so ever!! sorry i will not stay here again.!
