  • I would like to provide exceptional feedback on my most recent visit to Redstar at the Phoenix location, as this has been my go-to location for some time now. I would like management to truly acknowledge the staff, though this particular visit and previous visits, Sean has incessantly gone over the top to satisfy my every need ranging from juice, new mod, new tank. He was adamantly proactive about ensuring that all my needs were met. On a personal note, I really enjoy the staff (the twins make make it all happen!) I want to extend my gratitude for Sean's proactive approach to work, patience, dedication to his job, and not to mention his overall ability to engage with the customers including myself. I personally have taken a liking to this location, and have already referred a couple new customers to this shop and was thrilled to hear positive feedback from friends/aquaintances havind had a good experience dealing with either Katie or Sean. They are irreplaceable, and hope that both are there to stay on board. Please kindly acknowledge and recognize how much of a positive impact they have on the store and I personally hope both stick around for awhile. I would personally feel downhearted if either Sean or Katie were ever pulled from this location. I also want to ensure people I refer to Redstar receive the outstanding service and treatment that the twins provide. Please extend my thanks to Sean and Katie for restoring my faith with each and every visit.
