  • Looks like Smiths is getting back on track! I met the NEW assistant store manager Doug, (I think that is his name?) a little while back and he was very nice. He actually bagged my groceries up. He was very friendly and hands on, doing the same work as the courtesy clerks (baggers). Fantastic Customer Service! I think it is wonderful when a manager is that personable in addition to being professional. It's shows us that he values our business. We appreciate that as customers! 5 Star Service!! Produce is back up to par again! YAY!! Well stocked and looking good. :) Overall the whole store was looking GREAT again!!! :) Based on the improvements made at this Smiths located on Rampart, it is only fair that I reevaluate my rating. I'm extremely pleased to up my overall rating to a well deserved solid 5 star rating! I definitely recommend this location for all of your grocery shopping needs! Enjoy!!
