  • I will never stay here again. The front desk staff is completely hit or miss. And when they miss- you'll walk away wondering what happened to basic manners and human decency. One woman in particular spoke down to me for even the simplest requests and harassed me about my service dog. She is probably someone Extended Stay should employ behind-the-scenes (away from customers) if at all.
