  • Signed in and Valerie called my husband up for check in. He told her he had an appointment @ 3:15pm she rudely said w/an attitude, " no you don't we already have our 3:15." We had our confirmation number so we asked to speak with the manager. By the way the manager was very nice. Turns out the office prints out the patient schedules at 6am so if you happen to make your appointment after that you're not on the list. After the manager figured out it was their error my husband demanded an apology. The look on Valerie's face was priceless. She looked shocked & like she would rather spit than apologize! If I were her manager I would have sent her home a long time ago!!! Rude people like this don't need to be working in healthcare!!! I understand you may be having a rough day but wow really?!? Do us ALL huge favor & call out sick because we don't want to hear your disrespectful attitude!! So all in all BEWARE OF VALERIE!!
