  • The staff at this Old Navy are really great. I brought in a pair of sandals I'd bought like 2 months ago, after a strap broke (I guess my sausage-toes are busting out of footwear now). I didn't have the receipt. A nice woman walked all over the store with me to find out if they still had the sandals. They didn't, but they said they would just exchange them for me and file it as damaged goods. I got a new (albeit different) pair of sandals at around the same price with no problem! Luckily, this pair doesn't have as many straps...
