They get a bit busy weekday mornings and most of the day Saturday.
They have my favorite lox and bagel sandwiches in Madison, and with these I tend to go with the tomato basil or whole wheat bagels as a base.
Another thing to consider bagels forever for is catering. Two to three dozen bagels with cream cheese and one or two proteins can go a long way to breaking the ice at new jobs or helping increase employee/client buy-in at training seminars.
