  • Do not come here and expect to be safe. Do not park a motorcycle in their parking structure. When or if you have a problem, do not expect security or anyone to help you. I had been going there for gaming and food for over 2 years and the first time I parked my motorcycle in their designated motorcycle parking area, right in front of the entrance under two cameras, it was stolen. I was only there for an hour and 10 minutes. I can't even imagine that security or someone didn't witness the theft, but they refused to provide any detail. I have gamed there for 2 years and the players club would not even help me with a ride home, when my bike was stolen from their lot. I will never spend another penny at this place. They have little regard for their customers, even when victimized at their establishment. I used to go out of my way to go there. I wasn't asking for compensation, just a ride home on the shuttle (I even offered to pay $20). Instead, to add insult to injury they refused and I had to pay $70 for a cab home.
