  • We went in to get some melamine board cut for a shoe rack my girl wanted to make. We thought it would just be us telling someone to cut something and that guy/gal just doing it but instead we got Tom in the lumber department and he gave us way more than what we were expecting. He made sure we had everything we needed for our project. He sat us down at a computer and helped us pick a shoe rack that looked like what we wanted and then he told us what we needed to make it. He drew out a blueprint for us and cut all the wood into the right sizes. When we went into the store we thought were just going to cut all the shelves into the same size but Tom informed us that we needed a different size for the top, bottom and back of the shoe rack. I'm glad we bumped into Tom cause he saved us alot of time. I hope Tom gets a good raise one of these days. He's great with people and is very knowledgable. Thanks Tom. We appreciate everything you did, your patience and time.
