I emailed Steven regarding my experience (since there was no response on Yelp) and also because there was still a portion of the order to complete. I expressed my dissatisfaction in great detail and was happy to see that Steven wrote back almost immediately and addressed my issues. I still felt like there wasn't any accountability until he offered to remake the 6 acrylic blocks at their expense. He also asked me for the engraving info on the remaining plates and offered to mail them to me. I greatly appreciated his offer, but told him that it wasn't necessary for him to re-make the blocks. We agreed that the extra money that I paid for the logos would be refunded to my card.
I still feel like they could improve on their customer service and not blame the customer for discrepancies. Perhaps make sending proofs of custom engraved items a standard operating procedure to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Although I had to reach out to them again to have my concerns addressed, Steven did what he could to make it right and I sincerely appreciate that.
