Great place for Pho. I think the place used to be some kind of 50's diner, which makes it a kind of interesting dining experience. Not that it affects the food quality, but provides an interesting/strange contrast.
I usually get the rare beef pho, while my husband likes the brisket. Both are good. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I like this place better than Pho Saigon 8. I think it may be the basil. Or it may be that it's quieter.
The service here is pretty good and they take care to be attentive.
FYI, they may charge a small fee for using ATM/credit cards. On our last visit, we happened to have cash and noticed it was just a bit cheaper than usual.
