  • The food here was just alright. Read: it tasted just like buffet food. I fell for the commercials they had airing on The Filipino Channel at my parents' house so I had to check them out, haha. Servers push carts around with those little buckets with dim sum and other items on the menu. The dim sum definitely reminded me of those served at your typical $12 a person Chinese buffet. The food is served quickly and some of the items are unfortunately lukewarm since they've been sitting around for awhile. As for the service, it was kinda inattentive but I wasn't really surprised. Unless I find another REALLY GOOD dim sum place, Orchids Garden will be the go-to spot for now. This place would probably be super tasty if you're high or if you're just super hungry.
