  • This apartment has more bad than good. After the management switch it just kept going downhill. The parking situation is horrible! Little to none of guest parking spaces available if you come home late. Had to park on the side of the street (outside of the gated community) because there was absolutely nothing! The office rarely answers the phone and the workers in the office are unfriendly and often extremely rude. The apartments are nice but my only complaint is that I find myself using the lights during the day when I shouldn't be because it is so dark! Very little light gets into my apartment. The floors are thin so you can hear the floors above you stomping around like dinosaurs. Not worth living here for the price you pay!
