The good:
-Clothes are always clean
-Christina, who does the pickups, is communicative (e.g. if you have to skip a week while out of town)
-Option to prepay for a better rate
-Folding is fairly neat
-You can request some items to be line dried (I put them in a separate bag)
The bad:
-It was tough to contact them initially; this may be fixed now
-Sometimes I lose a sock or end up with someone else's sweater (I give stuff back but I've never gotten one of my missing items back)
-I wish the folding was one notch better, although stuffing the clothes back into the laundry bag may make this a lost cause. Sometimes my line dried items are a bit wrinkly or buttoned wrong.
This service saves me a lot of time!
