  • Honestly? This place is ridiculous. But it's also conveniently close to GCU (where I am a student) and makes for some interesting stories. For starters, I have never seen a manager there, especially when asked to speak with one. The food is more often too cold to eat than too hot and tough like it has been left out or reheated. For those of you who go to GCU (lopes up, friends) the drive through wait takes more time than it does to walk from Papago to the grove parking garage. The staff is unprofessional and untrained as far as customer service goes. The last time we went here the woman taking our order forgot to turn her mic off and proceeded to make fun of us before we yelled "hello" multiple times to get her attention and have our order taken. PS the chicken tenders are sad but their sweet tea rocks.
