I wish I could give ZERO STARS. This company has put me through hell and nothing would make me happier than to see it SHUT DOWN.
I signed up awhile ago, August maybe, when I first moved into my apartment.
For 2 weeks I struggled with the internet not working, no one could help me over the phone (that is, on the rare occasion when I was able to get a live voice)
Finally after going through 2 bad routers, internet never worked, almost losing my job (I work from home- internet is necessary) I said this is ridiculous and I cancelled.
I have never been so stressed out by a company/customer service. I wish I could take legal action for the amount of stress put on me because of this company.
So I go into return the second faulty router, and they tell me I'm good to go, I don't owe anything and my account has been canceled.
Now it's March 1st and they have sent a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY after me trying to charge me $108. WHAT A JOKE.
WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL RUNNING.
