  • Worse service I have ever experienced! We closed our loan on June 30th and an over payment went through on July 3rd and they have yet to return our money. I have called at least 6-10 times, I've been yelled at, hung up on, left on hold for over 20 min every time. Asked for a supervisor every time, and they won't even bother. I reported them to the BBB for their horrific customer service and for refusing to give us our money back. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
