Love the concept of the buffet! Tapas style! Everything is prepared in a small pots, small Chinese take out boxes, small baskets, etc. So unique, special and cute.
I went there around 1:00pm on a Monday. No line at all. But the service was kinda slow. We still needed to wait for 10 minutes to get the table. The buffet price was decent. It was $21. The decor was pretty nice. Very modern and contemporary. Love it! It definitely matched the hotel's style.
Regarding to the food, it was just average. Nothing really fantastic but the tapas style made it all up! Everything was fresh and on the healthy side; but some food were lukewarm like pasta. I agree with other yelpers said that the pre-portion dishes were not very good because you could not take the portion you want....You would be end up wasting more food.
The highlight of the buffet...DESSERT! The dessert was totally a bomb here! The presentation was so pretty, colorful and cute! They even had Macaroons but it didn't taste good, so you can skip that! But don't skip the gelato section! They had more then 12 different gelato flavors to choose. It tasted very good and rich! Also make sure to try the chocolate covered strawberries; both white and milk! They were sooooooooo good! Remember to save room for this!!!! A MUST!!!
Wicked Spoon Buffet is not the best buffet in Vegas but definitely the most unique one. Give it a try :-)
