  • Sushi brokers is hands down my favorite go to sushi spot in downtown Gilbert. The staff is super friendly and very attentive! The food is always so amazing. My favorites are The Surfer Roll, shrimp fried rice and the spicy garlic edamame just to name a few! You can't go wrong with anything on their menu quite honestly! The drinks are great too, I recommend the Tokyo Colada! The owner is always there and makes his patrons feel welcomed and taken care of. Thank you for always providing a great atmosphere and even better food! Keep up the great work SB!!
