| - It takes a lot to impress me; I've worked in the fitness industry, and have a plethora of figure & bodybuilding competition under my belt. But Jo is in a different category.
She won't shout in your face.
She won't beg you to come to do your workout.
She won't nag you if your cheat meal turns into a cheat weekend.
You'll work with Jo because you're excited for change, and she'll make that reality.
I'll never forget: One of my first conversations with her, included talking about the concept behind Paleo and what's involved (including the costs) behind completing an Iron Man.
Her emphasis isn't based on fluff or the latest 'get fit' tactic -- she's to the point, which is exactly what I love in a trainer and coach. Her no-nonsense approach is backed by science, education & personal experience.
During my last workout with her, I asked her if I could do bicep curls. She looked at me, and said, 'why?' - Hm. Good question.
Instead, we did 3 rounds of Burpies, Kettlebell overhead squats & military pushups. Did I get more out of those 10 minutes, than 3 sets of 12 of bicep curls? Hells' ya! Did I love every painful moment? Hells' ya!
I'm down 2.5" from my waist, since working with Jo 3 weeks ago!
And I was working out consistently 5-6 days a week prior to meeting with her, and saw very little results, and doing fasted cardio 3x's a week - I can barely believe the results myself.
If you want change, Jo is the one to contact.
