When I got my A/C unit replaced in September of 2013 this company was awesome! However, the two experiences that I have had with them since have not been very pleasant ones. This is the text from an e-mail that I sent to the company on October 9th, and have not received any response.
"I would like to register a complaint about the experience that I have had this week trying to schedule my annual tune up for my A/C unit. I received a voicemail last week from Timothy in regards to scheduling a tune up. I called on Monday to schedule and at that point informed him that there was a lot of construction going on with our parking lot and it might be difficult. He assured me that they have been in the complex several times and he knew what was going on. I scheduled for Wednesday between 8 and 11.
At 8:45 I received a call that they sent the technician, however the technician did not have the correct ladder in order to be able to access the roof. This was irritating, however I let it go and rescheduled for the same time frame today. When the technician showed up he saw the state of the parking lot and the distance he would have to carry the ladder to get to my place. He called his boss who informed him that it was against OSHA regulations to carry the ladder that distance and I would have to reschedule for after the construction is over.
I am extremely frustrated with this situation because I tried to explain the situation up front. Not only has this wasted my time, but the time of the techs who came out here."
Although I am still under the service contract for my unit, the two unfortunate experiences that I have had so far do not make me want to actually use them.
