  • Impressive! After a minor accident, we found ourselves in need of a good body shop. Our insurance (State Farm) recommended several shops, including Impact Auto Body. My husband made calls to some of the referred shops and was impressed with Impact, so we went with them. The gal at the front desk was great. Super helpful. We received constant communication from JJ about the status of our car. We really felt like he was on our side and worked with the insurance to make sure our vehicle was repaired correctly. Impact guarantees their work for the remaining ownership of your car, so when our insurance insisted on a fix that they couldn't guarantee, they made sure we were covered. We appreciated that. For example: The insurance wanted him to find a replace part from a junk yard, and he insisted that we go a different route. Against his recommendation, the insurance insisted that a repair was made in place of a replacement, and JJ made sure to note that in the paperwork with the insurance so that if it breaks, which he believes it eventually will, the insurance would be responsible for fixing. We were very impressed with the quality of their work. Everything looks and works great! They went a step further and cleaned our car inside and out - which was a nice touch. We would send our friends and family there in a heartbeat! THANK YOU IMPACT!
