rev:text	At first everything was super nice..the nurses were eager, the front desk was immaculate..they treated my family well....they helped my 91 year old grandmother with her needs. Like the other reviews the facility is very nice and it does feel like a hotel not a rehab center. They have done very well making it look nice....but not all the staff are nice. Then it all went to poop, literally. When one of the nurses left her alone when she had to defecate...being 91, she doesnt have the mobility or capacity that you may have...so it went about as you would expect...That is when the 'nurse' found her covered in feces on her legs, thighs and floor....My grandmother was so embarrassed she cried to me the next day. It was a moment I wont ever forget and I hope you will consider this story when placing an older family member into this location. SHAME!
