  • Ohhh I am one unhappy mother right now!!! I took my son to this location today to get 2 teeth pulled so he can get his braces. Heres what went down. We arrived at 9:30 for his 10:00 appointment. The waiting room was so cold, you could hang meat in there. He wasnt called back until 11:00. The nurse told me she would do his Xrays and come back to get me. Ok cool, do your thing. 11:45 they FINALLY call me back to which Jake informs me that the nurse was rude and aggressive towards him and they moved him into 4 different rooms. NOT HAPPY!!! 12:10 Dentist comes in, checks his teeth and informs me he has a cavity "but I dont thinkbi can fill it." Um...what?!? YOU ARE A DENTIST, ITS YOUR JOB!!!! I tell the Dr Im only here to get the teeth pulled and we can get the cavity taken care of later and he looks at me like I'm stupid. He had no idea why we were there. Do you not check charts before seeing patients? 12:15 I start making phone calls to other dentists explaining rather loudly whats going on and that we need to have him seen ASAP. 12:45 I approach a nurse and explain to her that we are leaving, that I'm pissed off and that this dentist is a joke. 12:50 Rosie comes to see me and was a complete bitch to me about me being upset over the situation and how my son was treated. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!! We shall try again at 4:00 with another office.
