This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Where do I begin? Upon check in the guest service representative didn't provide any information about the hotel and didn't even point us in the direction of the elevators. When we finally arrived to our room it was 2 double beds although we booked a king, the representative did not inform us that he was putting us in a different room. When we called the front desk to inquire about the room situation he stated that they don't guarantee room types if you book the room through hotels.com. I am aware of this caveat, however the hotel was still selling king bed rooms online as they were not sold out. When we informed the representative of this, he said that we "got a really good rate" as though we deserved a less expensive room because our rate was cheap. This was highly disrespectful. Eventually he agreed to our request and put us in a king room. When we arrived at the new room there was vomit on the wall behind the toilet. We had to call the front desk 3 separate times over the course of an hour and a half for housekeeping to finally clean the mess. If you can avoid this place, do it.
