rev:text	POSTED 6/29/2015 Christian Coates, I never heard of you or CC Sunscreens until this other vendor single handedly picked your company out as a company to steer clear from. The fact that Kevin picked your company out made me curious and I wanted to see what you had to offer. Thank you for not disappointing and living up to his story. Now he can now add my story of my experience with you and your company to warn other customers as well. The fact that he picked out your company from all his competitors when he could have easily mentioned someone else that's got to make one wonder. And now I see why. I do not appreciate the fact that your company communicates poorly and says one thing and then does another thing and then you bristle at the feedback you get. When you say you are open for business on a given day common sense would tell you that people would expect to be able to get hold of that company that day. But the fact of the matter is the phone number provided in your website did not even ring but it would just go straight to voice mail. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere and be telling all my friends to stay clear of CC Sun Screens as well. I sure dodged a bullet. I have received quotes from other vendors and one specifically warned me to stay away from CC Sun Screens and that so many have complained about CC Sunscreens and now I completely understand why. Awful customer service. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. My bad for calling them on a Saturday BECAUSE their website info clearly state they are open on a Saturday. Even though their business hours state Mon-SAT truth is you will reach no one on Saturday even though you tried numerous times and when they do finally call you back the next day the owner Christian will leave you a sarcastic voice mail stating some of them do spend time with their family. Well in that case Christian DON'T state that your business is open on Saturdays when the truth is you can't be bothered that day so customers don't make the mistake of calling you on a Saturday because your website information clearly states your are open on Saturday. If that is incorrect then take that off your website information. Walk the talk - either you are open on a Saturday or your are not. Do not say your are open on a Saturday then leave me a sarcastic voice mail the next day stating some people do spend time with their family as the reason for all my calls just going straight to voice mail. Talk about a class act customer service. I completely get that but I don't get why you would state your business is open on a Saturday then. And by the way other vendors like yourself who are open on Saturdays would state in their voice mail and website that calls that falls on a Saturday will be returned on the next business day so they communicate CLEARLY which you did not and the customer knows what to expect. Gee what a concept. SMH this business says one thing and does another thing and then the owner Christian gets snippy. What a joke!
