  • Sun Country Heating & Cooling saved the day! For 9 days our family suffered with no AC. American Home Warranty Company told us the leak in our AC could not be fixed after waiting several days for someone to come out to check it. A part needed to be ordered and that could take weeks. That's when I called Sun Country Heating & Cooling who originally sold us the Trane AC 9 years ago. According to Office Manager Cheryl, it was still under warranty. She immediately put me in touch with Ray and schedule next day service to check the AC. Two angels arrived Stephen and Jose. They fix the leak! Within hours my house was cooled and my sanity returned. Cheryl, Ray, Stephen and Jose were sympathetic, kind, ethical, and skilled. Great customer service. I'm eternally grateful! Highly recommend them, I promise they won't let you down.
