  • I brought in a pair of fashion boots and the lining needed about three inches of hand stitching. We agreed on the simple fix replacing the one line of stitching. When I picked them up, they had two lines of jagged, incongruent stitching through the leather of the boots, making them look cheap and janky. When I tried to mention that he didnt do what we agreed upon he yelled at me and told me he's never had a customer complain before. This was a super amateur job, and the guy is emotionally unstable.
