  • If I could I would give them a -0 review. I went in to exchange a online order I had for a smaller size. Simple enough right apparently not for old navy. I had my receipt and everything the only thing was it was a gift. Instead of exchanging them items they charged back the larger size back to the card without telling me because if she had I would have told her that it was a gift and the card doesn't exist anymore. So she turns to me and says I owe her money for the smaller size. Excuse me? She calls over the manager who bumbles around and again says I owe them money for an item I am literally exchanging for a smaller size when I said well I'll just take the ones I bought online they informed me I can't because she already reversed the charge on a card that doesn't exist. Again it was a gift so what do I get out of all of this? Walking out of the store empty handed and a very bad taste in my mouth about this crappy store and bad experience. Congrats Old Navy you got my money and the item I purchased you win.
