  • Prior to opening this location, we had experienced Babystacks only once before at the location on the other side of town. That experience had been pretty damn amazing, so we couldn't wait for this location to open up. And now that it is open? It's hard to convince my wife that we don't have to eat here every single weekend. The best selling point of this place are the various pancakes they have, almost all available in half-stacks or full-stacks. These range from Orange Dreamsicle pancakes to Banana Cream pancakes and everything in between. The absolute best that they have are the Cookies and Cream pancakes, which are to die for. I'm not sure why they are on the special board and not on the permanent menu yet, but do not miss out on them. Everything we've ever tried here has been great. We've built our own skillets before, we've tried the Kalua pork sandwich - it's all turned out well. The service is typically good and the wait times aren't too long, though it can get fairly busy on weekend mornings. Seriously though. Get yourself some cookies and cream pancakes. You know you deserve it.
