  • I was very disappointed in enterprise while my car was being repaired at Ford Country. I received paperwork from Ford, stating that Ford would pick up 100% of the rental costs, but enterprise STILL charged me $600+ for 4 days. I paid $470 as a deposit initially, and I was told that it would only actually be $300 when I returned, and $170 would be refunded. However, I was charged another $156 when I returned, and nothing was refunded! I'm glad that my service advisor at Ford was adamant and was able to have enterprise refund me 100%. I do appreciate that a vehicle similar to mine was rented to me, and every aspect of the vehicle was explained to me before I left, as it was my first time renting. Unfortunately, this doesn't make up for the hassle and financial stress through which enterprise put me.
