  • Genius Squad is great at this location! I've had about three or four appointments at this place before, they're on point in terms of appointments and service, they are on top of their timelines. they also accept walk-ins "usually" which is something you won't find that often at other apple store locations, with a little bit of a wait time, you walk around the mall until your time arrives and they shoot you a couple of text messages before your turn comes, so you make it back to the store. The store is always crowded, so is any other apple store, but its easy to find your products and/or reach out for help by asking an associate. They are flexible in terms of fixing iPhones, I was offered new phones on three different occasions, with $0-minimal fees. The simplicity of being an iPhone user!
