  • Incompetence! Not only was the technician cold, terse and fast, she failed to diagnose a nodule that has been growing on my thyroid for 5 years. My endocrinologist was shocked that she was unable to find it and recommended I visit another Diagnostic Imaging clinic. I was not surprised to learn that my nodule is still there and larger than before. How do you miss something like that? Unskillfulness? Incompetence? Neglect?
