  • My compliments to Dax and the maintenance team at Lexus of Chandler! I recently took my IS250 in to resolve a number of recall notices. Dax went above and beyond to make sure other items were ordered to keep my car looking its absolute best! I especially appreciate the white glove treatment throughout the process - multiple calls to update me on status, a loaner vehicle so I'm not inconvenienced, a shiny and squeaky clean car delivered after the maintenance, and a gas tank that's topped off! Very happy with the experience!
